Ingredients:
- 1 can of tuna (drained)
 - 4 large eggs
 - 1/4 cup grated cheese (optional)
 - 1/4 cup diced onions
 - 1/4 cup diced bell peppers
 - 1/4 tsp garlic powder
 - Salt and pepper to taste
 - Fresh parsley or chives for garnish (optional)
 
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a muffin tin or line with paper cups.
 - Prepare the mix: In a large bowl, beat the eggs. Add the drained tuna, diced onions, bell peppers, cheese (if using), garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix everything until well combined.
 - Fill the muffin tin: Divide the mixture evenly into the muffin tin, filling each cup about 3/4 full.
 - Bake: Place the muffin tin in the oven and bake for about 15-20 minutes or until the muffins are set and slightly golden on top.
 - Garnish and serve: Once done, remove from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes. Garnish with fresh parsley or chives if desired.
